Effective Skin Tightening- ThermiSmooth

Effective Skin Tightening- ThermiSmooth

As we age, our skin loses elasticity. Some of this is due to the loss of collagen under the skin. The ThermiSmooth laser treatment is designed to tighten and rejuvenate skin that is sagging due to the loss of elasticity.

How Does ThermiSmooth Laser Treatment Work?

The ThermiSmooth laser provides a gentle pulse of radio frequencies, causing the existing collagen to shrink. The skin responds by creating new collagen, tightening and smoothing the skin. The result is a tighter, smoother, more youthful appearance.

How Long Does the Procedure Take?

The procedure itself takes just thirty minutes per session. Five to six treatments may be necessary before you see a significant improvement. Over time, the results will develop, producing the smooth, rejuvenated skin desired. Final results may take three to six months to fully develop.

What’s the Recovery Time?

Since ThermiSmooth is a non-invasive procedure, there is no down time. It is not necessary to avoid the sun or change your routine as with certain other procedures. You’ll be able to return to your normal activities immediately following your appointment.

What Does it Feel Like?

Most patients experience a sensation that is akin to a gentle, warm massage. The skin is gently heated to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. The heating shrinks the collagen under the skin, triggering a regeneration process that results in strengthened collagen fibers and a renewal of the skin.

What Areas Can be Treated?

The ThermiSmooth system can be used to treat any area that requires tightening and lifting. It’s most commonly used on the neck, chin, lips, and lower eyelids, but can also be used to treat the thighs, stomach, arms and buttocks.

What is the Cost?

“The ThermiSmooth skin tightening procedure will be different for everyone. Please call the office to schedule a consult. *As with any procedure and/or treatment the results may vary.”
