Dr. Jennifer Dixon Swartz is double board-certified in general and plastic surgery. She attended Indiana University for college and medical school. Her specialties include breast augmentation, breast reductions, breast lifts, tummy tucks, liposuction, Botox, and many more. While she can perform a wide variety of procedures for her patients, she is truly passionate about working with breast cancer survivors.

Patrick J. O’Neill, MD

Dr. O’Neill is triple board-certified in plastic, general, and hand surgery. He works to provide complete plastic surgery services with beautiful, natural-looking results. We are proud to announce that Dr. O’Neill has been voted as the Best Plastic Surgeon in Charleston by City Paper for 11 years in a row.

Char Bixler, PA-C

Char is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in personalized injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, to help patients achieve refreshed, natural-looking results. With a strong dermatology background, she also performs comprehensive skin exams and offers microneedling to improve texture and rejuvenate the skin. Char works closely with our surgical team to create tailored treatment plans for everything from first-time injectables to advanced aesthetic care.

Danielle Cios, Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Known for her warm, approachable style, Danielle specializes in advanced facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial treatments, chemical peels, and personalized skincare regimens tailored to concerns such as acne, aging, dryness, and hyperpigmentation.

Recognized as Charleston’s Best Aesthetician, Danielle’s dedication and skincare expertise have also earned her distinction as a ZO Skin Health Skin Specialist and Hydrafacial Master.

Frances DeCamp, PA-C

Frances is a board-certified Physician Assistant known for her natural, subtle aesthetic approach, delivering balanced, confidence-boosting results. She specializes in neurotoxins, cosmetic fillers, dermatology, laser rejuvenation, microneedling, and skincare. With a background in plastic surgery and medicine, Frances provides safe, comprehensive care and guides patients through every step of their treatment with compassion and meticulous attention to detail.

Rebekah Ferraro, Certified Laser Specialist

Rebekah is our Certified Laser Specialist and Aesthetic Director at O’Neill Plastic Surgery. Since 2007, she has completed 76 laser-based programs of study and developed extensive expertise in energy-based treatments for facial rejuvenation, pigment correction, acne scarring, and tattoo reduction.

She is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American Med Spa Association. Since 2016, Rebekah has also served as a laser educator, helping providers safely and effectively utilize laser technology in clinical practice.

Kayla Tronnier, CoolSculpting Specialist

Kayla is a double master-certified CoolSculpting Specialist with 7+ years of experience and hundreds of treatments performed. She is passionate about helping patients achieve lasting, confidence-boosting results through personalized, non-invasive body-contouring treatments with minimal downtime.

O’Neill Plastic Surgery is proud to offer online consultations. Our team of licensed aestheticians & board-certified plastic surgeons will help you determine the best treatment options for your needs and even do an exam over video chat.

What to Expect:

Consult with one of our board-certified plastic surgeons online during our normal business hours. You’ll receive the same level of personalized care, and we’ll help you find the perfect treatment plan for you – all during your first virtual appointment.

How it Works:

Online consultations are done via a HIPAA-compliant platform where you’ll be face-to-face with one of our providers via video chat. We’ll go over all the details of your personalized treatment plan with you, and if you’d like, we can even complete an exam and make treatment recommendations. After your virtual visit is complete, we’ll be in touch with a cost estimate for treatment.
